ORDERS AND PAYMENT POLICY

Your order serves as an offer to purchase our products. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by KoolKameez. We accept payments via UPI. By placing an order, you authorize KoolKameez to charge the total order amount to your chosen payment method.

SHIPPING DELIVERY & CUSTOMS

Delivery times are estimated based on location. While KoolKameez strives to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays may occur, for which we are not liable. International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

KoolKameez accepts returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in unused, original condition with tags intact. To initiate a return, please reach out to hello@koolkameez.com. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Sale items and special promotions are final and non-returnable.
