We want you to love what you ordered — and if the fit isn't right, we make it easy to fix.

7-Day Size Exchange

If your size doesn't fit, message us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a free size exchange. No forms, no hassle.

Condition for Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. We're unable to accept items that show signs of wear.

How to Start a Return

Fill in our quick Size Exchange Request form with your order number and the size you need. We'll confirm on WhatsApp within 24 hours and book a free pickup from your door.

What's Not Covered

Custom or personalised orders (including the Custom Studio) cannot be returned or exchanged, since they're made specifically for you.
