Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want ordering from KoolKameez to feel simple and fair. Here's exactly how cancellations and refunds work:

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't already been dispatched. Once shipped, our 7-Day Size Exchange still applies.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll verify and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via PhonePe. Bank processing times may add a few extra days.

Order Payments

All payments are securely processed through PhonePe (UPI, cards, and netbanking). We do not store your payment details.
