KoolKameez may terminate accounts, cancel orders, or restrict access if there is suspicion of misuse or violation of these terms.

Product Information and Pricing

We aim to provide accurate product details, colours, and pricing. In the rare event of an error, KoolKameez reserves the right to amend details, correct pricing, or cancel affected orders. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

Orders and Payment Policy

Your order serves as an offer to purchase our products. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by KoolKameez. We accept payments via UPI, cards, and netbanking, processed securely through PhonePe. By placing an order, you authorise KoolKameez to charge the total order amount to your chosen payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship pan-India only. Delivery times are estimated based on location — see our Shipping Policy for full details. While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays may occasionally occur.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

KoolKameez offers a 7-day size exchange on eligible items from the date of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact. Our flat, everyday pricing is not a promotional sale — the standard 7-day exchange applies to all regularly priced items. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at hello@koolkameez.com or via WhatsApp. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, and logos on the KoolKameez website are protected by intellectual property law and owned exclusively by KoolKameez. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or display is strictly prohibited.

Liability Disclaimer

KoolKameez is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. In any case, KoolKameez's liability is limited to the total purchase amount of the item in question.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of India.
